Applications
The PV AC/DC cable is designed for energy installations requiring performance and reliability:
- Photovoltaic installations (solar plants, rooftops, infrastructures)
- Installation in open air, on cable trays or indirectly buried
- Outdoor environments and humid areas (AD7)
- 1.8/3 kV according to IEC 60502-1 dielectric test, based on IMQ test report No. CN26-0132320-01

- Conductor: stranded, compacted, round aluminum – Cl. 2 (IEC 60228).
- Insulation: extruded polyethylene (XLPE) compound. Colour: natural.
- Outer sheath: extruded PVC compound. Colour: black.
- Max. operating temperature of conductor: 90°C
- Max. short circuit temperature of conductor: 250°C (max 5s)
- Min. installation temperature: 0°C
- Max. tensile strength on the conductor during installation: 50 N/mm2
- Min. bending radius during installation: 12 Dcable
