A promising Italian Renewable market for Nexans

The Nexans’ site of Battipaglia (Italy), specialized in low and medium voltage aluminium cables, welcomed +30 Italian renewable customers representatives from the wind and solar markets for a very special day.

Installers, industrials, buyers, technical experts, CEOs, all had the opportunity to discover the complete range of Nexans products and services, from cables and accessories to our low-carbon offer and support services for the management of renewable infrastructures. The program included installation demos of Nexans Heat-Shrink and Cold-Shrink joints, but also of the ULTRACKER® drum location and MV network monitoring services, especially appreciated in the renewable energies projects.

After a visit of the plant animated with great discussions between operators and customers, the event's participants finally exchanged on the challenges and opportunities of the promising and developing renewable energy sector in Italy.
