Nexans MV Terminations to enhance your power networks
The Nexans “Mono Tube” is an integrated stress control field and anti-tracking insulating tube, which can withstand humidity, extreme temperatures, UV radiation, and heavy polluted environments.
MONOi/e are:

The terminations were primarily designed to offer a short tail length product that is type tested, and would be matching competition, both design and performance wise.
The indoor termination, while kept as short as possible was still required to pass 150 kV BIL without adding any creepage extenders (rain sheds).

An important design feature on the single core terminations are the different stress control mastics used for in and outdoor environments.
The indoor terminations are supplied with MACD stress control mastic.

The Nexans “Mono” is also available for three core cables.
