Description

Applications

For sealing (LV and MV) and insulating (LV) applications under a shrinkable protection.

Product advantages

  1. Allows permanent sealing in cable jointing and terminating.
  2. Allows the use of shrinkable protection without hot-melt.
  3. LV insulation and protection against corrosion.
  4. Good retention of mechanical properties till 120°C.
  5. No migration of low molecular weight polymers through silicone rubbers.
  6. Self fusing mastic for filling voids and irregular shapes.
  7. Service temperature –20 °C to +100 °C. Overload temperature 120°C max.
  8. Resistant to water and humidity.

Selling delivery information

Storage

The product is supplied as plates or stripes of specified dimensions with anti-sticking paper on both sides. The product should be stored in the original packaging, protected from the dust, moisture heat and sunlight. We recommend long duration storage of the product between + 15 °C and 30 °C
