Three cores unarmoured MV HEPR cable 1,8/3 kV

Key element of the power distribution system to the end-users
Three cores with copper or aluminium conductor 1,8/3 kV

MediaStripG7
Standards
International  IEC 60502-2
Description

Application

MV network is a key element of the power distribution system to the end-users; its performance and reliability are strictly related to the quality of cable and accessories.

In the medium voltage segment, HEPR insulation permits good cable performance at conductor's operating temperature as high as 90°C, with peaks of 130°C, insulation provides also good short circuit resistance up to 250°C and matches high current carrying capacity with good safety margins.MEDIASTRIPG7 is an easy stripping cable (the outer semiconductor can be removed at room temperature )

Construction

  • Conductor : copper or aluminium (stranded conductors flexibility class 2)
  • Insulation : HEPR G7
  • Screen : copper tapes
  • Outer sheath : PVC

Upon request may provide cables fire retardant according to :

IEC 60332-3-22 (CAT A)
IEC 60332-3-23 (CAT B)
IEC 60332-3-24 (CAT C)
